As a Kelemen & Associates, Inc. (Kelemen) Tim Horton’s Store Manager you have the Knowledge, skills and long term vision to support the Store Owners in running a successful business. You are an expert at recruiting, training, and coaching a diverse team to achieve and maintain Kelemen Tim Horton’s high standards of operation. You manage a team of employees with open communication and understanding. You have a “can do” disposition and easily plan and execute methods of increasing sales and achieving targeted costs. You thrive on the fast paced atmosphere and love coming to work every day.
As an Assistant Manager at Kelemen & Associates, Inc. Tim Horton’s you are a great trainer and motivator. You work hard to building relationships with a team of diverse employees. Through your knowledge of the food service industry you are able to support the Store Manager, District manager and owners in the day-to-day operations of a fast paced store. You are eager to further your career and to learn more about how to manage a successful operation.
